I joined the fire department as a postulant during the month of June 2020 at the end of the social outbreak and first wave of the pandemic, all this with many doubts, uncertainties and fears, as I am the first person in my family to enter the institution and more over being a worker and university student, I had many doubts and fears of whether I would be able to fulfill these three tasks (study, work and the firefighters).

I started the initial firefighter courses in November of the same year with the course "Firefighter Doctrine" and I finished on December 23 with the course "Water and tactics for firefighters" with a grade of 7.0 and first in my group (the best Christmas gift).  

Now the next step was to wait for the company meeting in which our acceptance and passage to the company would be voted, which happened in the fifth meeting on February 25, 2021.

After working in the protection of neighboring houses, the commander sent my company to remove debris and after 20 minutes I began to vomit and after the medical post checked me, I ended up on top of an ambulance on the way to the hospital for smoke inhalation and there I learned to eat breakfast when I arrived at the company.
